Katy Perry [CBS]

Katy Perry’s “Chained To The Rhythm (featuring Skip Marley)” received a predictably enthusiastic welcome from hot adult contemporary radio.

Picked up by a whopping 87 Mediabase-monitored Hot AC stations, “Chained” easily ranks as the format’s most added song.

Its add count bests that of the next-most added song by a factor of more than 6.

Bruno Mars’ “That’s What I Like,” that song, won support from another 13 stations this week.

Three songs follow in a tie for third place; Imagine Dragons’ “Believer,” Maroon 5’s “Cold (featuring Future),” and The Chainsmokers’ “Paris” each received 10 adds.

This week’s other notable Hot AC options: The Head And The Heart’s “All We Ever Knew” (8 adds, 6th-most), Michael Buble’s “I Believe In You” (7 adds, 7th-most, tie), The Weeknd’s “I Feel It Coming (featuring Daft Punk)” (7 adds, 7th-most, tie), James Arthur’s “Say You Won’t Let Go” (6 adds, 9th-most, tie), Lady Gaga’s “Million Reasons” (6 adds, 9th-most, tie), Marian Hill’s “Down” (6 adds, 9th-most, tie), MUNA’s “I Know A Place” (6 adds, 9th-most, tie), and Ocean Park Standoff’s “Good News” (6 adds, 9th-most, tie).
