Grammys: Solange Earns Best R&B Performance Award For “Cranes In The Sky”

The talented Solange beat out an impressive group of artists to win this year’s Grammy for Best R&B Performance.

Solange won the trophy for her performance on song “Cranes In The Sky.”

Other nominated performances included Rihanna on “Needed Me,” Musiq Soulchild on “I Do,” Ro James on “Permission,” and BJ The Chicago Kid on “Turnin’ Me Up.”

The victory was announced during Sunday’s Grammy Awards premiere/pre-show broadcast.
