Hot 100: ZAYN & Taylor Swift’s “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever” Reaches Top 5

The sales and streaming tracking weeks ended before the release of the official music video.

That reality does not prevent ZAYN & Taylor Swift’s “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever” from rising to a new peak on this week’s Hot 100.

Up three places, “IDWLF” grabs #5 on this week’s edition of the chart.

Billboard’s all-encompassing chart ranks songs based on combined activity from sales, streams and radio airplay, and “IDWLF” has been faring well in all three.

It will fare even better this coming week. The video will increase streaming points, while buzz over the video and an iTunes discount should lead to increased sales.
