Ratings: NBC’s “This Is Us” Enjoys Gain, Again Dominates Tuesday Night

On the heels of its two-season renewal, NBC’s “This Is Us” posted a week-to-week gain in adults 18-49.

According to fast national data posted by Showbuzz, Tuesday’s episode drew a 2.8 adults 18-49 rating and 9.51 million total viewers.

The adults 18-49 rating was up from the 2.6 drawn by last week’s broadcast. The viewership figure, interestingly, was actually down from last week’s 9.59 million sum.

“This Is Us” easily ranked as the night’s top program in adults 18-49. It was third in viewership beneath CBS’ “NCIS” and “Bull.”

NBC led into “This Is Us” with “The Wall” (1.6, 6.54 million this week vs. 1.7, 6.62 million last week). It closed its night with “Chicago Fire” (1.7, 7.30 million this week vs. 1.6, 7.15 million last week).
