Atlanta {FX Networks}

FX’s critically acclaimed “Atlanta” is officially a Golden Globe Award-winning series.

The Donald Glover vehicle was crowned the Best TV Series, Musical or Comedy at Sunday night’s ceremony.

The show, which recently completed its first season, beat out “black-ish,” “Mozart In The Jungle,” “Transparent,” and “Veep.”

Just prior to the announcing the “Atlanta” win, the show revealed “black-ish” star Tracee Ellis Ross as the best actress in a musical or comedy TV series. We have not yet met the genre’s best actor.
