As Green Day’s “Revolution Radio” enters the market, lead single “Bang Bang” continues to rule the Mediabase active rock radio airplay chart.

The song earns a second straight (and fifth total) week atop the listing. It received ~2,239 spins during the October 2-8 tracking period (+48).

Its closest competition again comes from The Pretty Reckless’ “Take Me Down,” which remains #2 thanks to a weekly spin count of ~2,142 (+43).

As new single “Moth Into Flame” joins the Top 15, Metallica’s “Hardwired” holds at #3. It received ~1,571 weekly spins (-455).

Credited with ~1,432 weekly plays (+55), KoRn’s “Rotting In Vain” remains #4 on the active rock chart.

Skillet’s “Feel Invincible” follows at #5. Up two places from last week’s position, the song received ~1,349 weekly spins (+126).
