Metallica, which is preparing to release its first studio album in eight years, is headed to “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”
The iconic metal band will perform on the September 29 edition of NBC’s flagship talk show. Per network listings, the episode will also feature an interview with Margot Robbie.
The performance will amplify enthusiasm for the band’s upcoming “Hardwired… to Self-Destruct.”
“Hardwired,” the lead single from the project, will likely be #1 at active rock radio by the time Metallica takes the “Fallon” stage.
