“Mama Said” is Lukas Graham’s second single in the United States.

This week, it becomes the Danish band’s second Top 40 hit on the Billboard Hot 100.

Up eleven places, “Mama Said” earns #36 on this week’s edition of the chart. The new Hot 100 peak comes in conjunction with gains in sales, streams and radio airplay.

Lukas Graham performed “Mama Said” during the August 28 MTV Video Music Awards pre-show. The song also benefits from a discounted price point on iTunes.

Lukas Graham first reached the Top 40 with #2-peaking breakthrough “7 Years.”
