This week, it retains the throne.

Played ~3,194 times during the August 28-September 3 tracking period (+138), the “Suicide Squad” single earns a second week at #1. “Heathens” follows “Ride” and “Stressed Out” as the duo’s third straight multi-week #1.

Cage The Elephant’s “Trouble” holds at #2 thanks to ~2,869 in weekly spins (-145). Thanks to its ~2,545 weekly spins (-31), Bishop Briggs’ “River” rises two places to a new peak of #3.

Kaleo’s “Way Down We Go” moves down a spot to #4 with ~2,486 plays (-252), while Bastille’s “Good Grief” enjoys a one-place gain to #5. The lead “Wild World” single garnered ~2,448 spins (+63).
