Powered by pop radio’s top weekly airplay gain, twenty one pilots’ “Heathens” reaches the Top 20 on this week’s Mediabase airplay chart.

DJ Snake’s “Let Me Love You (featuring Justin Bieber)” also rides a huge gain into the Top 20.

Spun ~5,694 times during the August 28-September 3 tracking period, “Heathens” flies eight places to a new peak of #18. This week’s spin count bests last week’s by a whopping 2,223, which represents the greatest gain in weekly airplay.

“Let Me Love You” follows at #19. The song, which was #23 last week, received ~5,509 spins this week (+1,692). Its weekly airplay gain of 1,692 represents the pop format’s fourth-greatest weekly lift.

— As “Heathens” and “Let Me Love You” make their first appearances in the Top 20, Britney Spears’ “Make Me (featuring G-Eazy)” returns to the region.

The song rises one place to #20 on this week’s chart.

“Make Me,” interestingly, suffered a week-to-week decline in airplay. Its weekly spin count of ~4,688 trails last week’s mark by 88 plays.
