Charli XCX [Boom Clap Video | Atlantic Records]

The soundtrack that features Charli XCX’s double-platinum hit “Boom Clap” now has its own RIAA certification.

The RIAA issued a gold certification to the official “The Fault In Our Stars” soundtrack on August 9, 2016. The certification confirms a US unit total of at least 500,000.

Under the terms of the RIAA’s revamped albums program, one unit is equal to 1 album sale, 10 track sales or 1500 track streams.

In addition to Charli XCX’s hit, the soundtrack features songs by artists like Ed Sheeran and Birdy.

It peaked at #5 on the Billboard 200.
