Jon Pardi’s “Head Over Boots” Reaches #1 At Country Radio; Kelsea Ballerini’s “Peter Pan” Top 5

Jon Pardi [UMG Nashville]

Jon Pardi’s “Head Over Boots” soars to #1 on this week’s edition of the Mediabase country radio singles chart.

Up two places, the gold-certified single seizes the throne from Chris Lane’s “Fix.” Lane’s song falls to #6 on this week’s chart.

“Head Over Boots” is Pardi’s first country radio #1.

Not simply the leader in chart points, “Head Over Boots” ranks as the Mediabase country panel’s most played and most heard song for the August 7-13 tracking period.

It received ~8,310 weekly spins (+1,034) and ~53.879 million weekly audience impressions.

A two-place rise brings Sam Hunt’s “Make You Miss Me” into the runner-up slot. Dan + Shay’s “From The Ground Up” follows with a two-place rise to #3, while a rise of — you guessed it, two places — earns Jake Owen’s “American Country Love Song” #4.

Kelsea Ballerini’s “Peter Pan,” which was #8 last week, follows at #5 this week. “Peter Pan” is Ballerini’s third straight Top 5 hit; previous singles “Love Me Like You Mean It” and “Dibs” both reached #1.
