Last week, DJ Khaled’s “For Free (featuring Drake)” earned #1 on the Mediabase urban airplay chart.

This week, it reaches the apex of the rhythmic listing.

Spun ~6,267 times during the August 7-13 tracking week (+351), “For Free” rises two places to #1 on this week’s Mediabase rhythmic airplay chart. It seizes the throne from Drake’s own “Controlla,” which dips to #2 courtesy a spin count of ~5,880 (-445).

Played ~5,717 times this week (-448), Rihanna’s “Needed Me” drops one spot to #3. Calvin Harris’ “This Is What You Came For (featuring Rihanna)” holds at #4 with ~5,194 spins (-5), while Wale’s “My PYT” moves up two places to #5 courtesy a spin count of ~4,145 (-218).

This marks the Wale song’s first appearance in the Top 5.
