Calvin Harris & Rihanna’s “This Is What You Came For” Heading Top 5 at Pop Radio

Calvin Harris’ “This Is What You Came For (featuring Rihanna)” should enter the Top 5 on this week’s edition of the Mediabase pop radio airplay chart.

“TIWYCF” is currently #6 on Mediabase’s building pop chart, but it is poised to imminently overtake Fifth Harmony’s building #5 “Work From Home (featuring Ty Dolla $ign).”

“TIWYCF” received 5,358 spins during the first three days of the June 19-25 tracking week and is on the rise (+5.2% over the count at this point last week), while “WFH” received 5,363 but is losing steam (-15.5% from the count at this point last week). Given their contrasting trajectories, “This Is What You Came For” will have no trouble closing the gap.

The new single will become Harris’ first Top 5 US pop hit since his 2014 single “Blame.” The song, which featured John Newman, peaked at #3.
