“Blindspot” Premiering After “AGT” Finale; “Good Place” Gets Post-“Voice” Preview

NBC revealed its 2016-17 premiere dates, confirming that “Blindspot” and “The Good Place” will receive high-profile assistance before settling into their regular timeslots.

According to NBC, the season premiere of “Blindspot” will air at 10PM ET on September 14. It will lead out of the season finale of “America’s Got Talent.”

Beginning 9/21, “Blindspot” will air in its usual 8PM timeslot.

“The Good Place” will premiere with back-to-back episodes in the 10PM ET hour on September 19. The season premiere of “The Voice,” featuring new coaches Alicia Keys and Miley Cyrus, will provide lead-in support.

“The Good Place” will air in its usual Thursday at 8:30PM timeslot beginning September 22.

Fellow newcomer “This Is Us” will premiere at 10PM on September 20. It will remain in that slot until October 11, when NBC’s Tuesday night “The Voice” telecast cuts back to the 8-9PM hour. “This Is Us” will at that point begin airing in its official 9-10PM slot.
