The Voice’s Adam Wakefield Grabs #1 On iTunes Sales Chart; Hannah, Alisan, Laith Also Earn Top 10 Bonuses

Update 2: Early this morning, Adam Wakefield’s “Lonesome Broken and Blue” became the tenth season’s first “The Voice” song to reach #1 on the all-genre US iTunes single sales chart.

When the 12PM ET voting deadline arrived, it was still #1 on the chart.

It was one of seven “The Voice” songs (and one of four originals) positioned inside the Top 10 at the close of voting. All seven songs will receive multiplier bonuses; their iTunes sales/vote counts will be multiplied by ten when NBC’s show runs the final vote tabulation.

Here is how the night’s twelve performances were positioned at the close of voting [it should be noted that first-time purchases of past performances also count toward the cumulative vote]:

1) Adam Wakefield – Team Blake – Lonesome Broken and Blue (original)
3) Hannah Huston – Team Pharrell – Every Breath You Take
4) Alisan Porter – Team Christina – Down That Road (original)
