The Voice’s Adam Wakefield, Laith al-Saadi Earn iTunes Sales Chart Bonuses (Updated)

Update 2: The Voice’s 12PM ET voting deadline has arrived, and Adam Wakefield’s “Love Has No Pride” and Laith al-Saadi’s “We’ve Got Tonight” are positioned inside the Top 10 on the US iTunes sales chart.

They, consequently, will receive 10x multiplier bonuses (their iTunes vote totals are multiplied by ten as part of the official results calculation).

Here is how Monday’s nine “The Voice” songs were positioned at the close of voting:

9) Adam Wakefield – Team Blake – Love Has No Pride
10) Laith al-Saadi – Team Adam – We’ve Got Tonight
12) Mary Sarah – Team Blake – My Church
19) Hannah Huston – Team Pharrell – Say You Love Me
21) Bryan Bautista – Team Christina – 1+1
25) Alisan Porter – Team Christina – Cryin’
37) Shalyah Fearing – Team Adam – A Change Is Gonna Come
78) Paxton Ingram – Team Blake – I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me)
113) Nick Hagelin – Team Christina – Hold On, We’re Going Home
==================

Update: When the west coast edition of Monday’s “The Voice” concluded, Mary Sarah’s “My Church” was the leader on the iTunes sales chart.

By 11AM ET, the dynamic had shifted. Mary Sarah’s song still holds a prominent position, but it trails the latest Adam Wakefield and Laith al-Saadi recordings.

Those recordings are actually in the Top 10 — and thus on track to secure 10x multiplier bonuses.

Wakefield’s “Love Has No Pride” is currently #9, while al-Saadi’s “We’ve Got Tonight” is #10. If they can retain those positions through the 12PM ET voting deadline, the songs’ iTunes sales/vote totals will be multiplied by 10 as part of this week’s final calculation.

Mary Sarah’s song is #13.

Here is how all 9 “The Voice” songs are presently positioned:

9) Adam Wakefield – Team Blake – Love Has No Pride
10) Laith al-Saadi – Team Adam – We’ve Got Tonight
13) Mary Sarah – Team Blake – My Church
19) Hannah Huston – Team Pharrell – Say You Love Me
21) Bryan Bautista – Team Christina – 1+1
27) Alisan Porter – Team Christina – Cryin’
37) Shalyah Fearing – Team Adam – A Change Is Gonna Come
79) Paxton Ingram – Team Blake – I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me)
115) Nick Hagelin – Team Christina – Hold On, We’re Going Home
==================

NBC’s west coast broadcast of Monday’s “The Voice” just ended, and while no performance is yet inside the iTunes Top 10, several are positioned prominently.

Leading the charge is Mary Sarah’s “My Church.” The Team Blake contestant’s take on Maren Morris’ hit is #17 on the all-genre US iTunes sales chart as of 1AM ET.

Next up is Team Adam’s Laith al-Saadi, who holds #19 with “We’ve Got Tonight.” Team Blake’s Adam Wakefield directly follows, as his “Love Has No Pride” is #20.

If these performances — or any others — are positioned inside the Top 10 at the close of voting, they will be subject to the coveted 10x multiplier bonus. But whether they get there or not, their sales numbers do count as votes — and do reflect comparatively great resonance with viewers.

As of 1AM ET, here is how the night’s performances are positioned on iTunes:

17) Mary Sarah – Team Blake – My Church
19) Laith al-Saadi – Team Adam – We’ve Got Tonight
20) Adam Wakefield – Team Blake – Love Has No Pride
25) Hannah Huston – Team Pharrell – Say You Love Me
28) Bryan Bautista – Team Christina – 1+1
36) Alisan Porter – Team Christina – Cryin’
44) Shalyah Fearing – Team Adam – A Change Is Gonna Come
102) Paxton Ingram – Team Blake – I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me)
148) Nick Hagelin – Team Christina – Hold On, We’re Going Home
