Ratings: “Game Of Thrones” Essentially Matches Last Week’s Performance

Game Of Thrones [HBO]

Sunday’s “Game Of Thrones” almost perfectly matched its previous week’s performance, enjoying a very slight increase in adults 18-49 but enduring a very slight loss in total viewership.

According to national data posted by Showbuzz, Sunday’s “Thrones” drew a 3.70 adults 18-49 rating and 7.28 million total live+same-day viewers. Last week’s episode drew a 3.67 adults 18-49 rating and 7.29 million.

Like last week’s episode, this Sunday’s broadcast topped the year-ago edition. Airing on April 26, 2015, the third fifth season episode posted a 3.5 rating and drew 6.71 million total viewers.

HBO’s Sunday lineup also included “Silicon Valley” (0.91, 1.69 million this week vs. 0.92, 1.72 million last week), “Veep” (0.44, 0.97 million this week, 0.47, 1.01 million last week) and “Last Week Tonight” (0.60, 1.42 million).
