USA has confirmed a return date for its critically acclaimed, Golden Globe-winning “Mr. Robot.”
Per a network press release, the season premiere is slated for Wednesday, July 13. Consisting of ten episodes, the second season will again occupy the 10PM timeslot.
“Following the events of fsociety’s 5/9 hack on multi-national company Evil Corp, the second season will explore the consequences of that attack as well as the illusion of control,” says USA of the forthcoming season.
Rami Malek, Christian Slater, Portia Doubleday, Carly Chaikin, Martin Wallstrom, Grace Gummer, Michael Cristofer, and Stephanie Corneliussen star.
BD Wong, Gloria Reuben, Michael Drayer, Michel Gill, Ron Cephas Jones, Sunita Mani, Azhar Khan, and Ben Rappaport will return as guests.
“New recurring guest stars include Craig Robinson (“The Office”), hip hop artist Joey Bada$$, Sandrine Holt (“Fear The Walking Dead”), Michael Maize (“National Treasure: Book of Secrets”), Dorothi Fox (“Run All Night”) and Luke Robertson (“The Americans”),” adds USA.
