Taylor Swift’s “New Romantics” Reaches Top 10 at Hot AC Radio

The seventh single from Taylor Swift’s “1989” is officially the sixth to reach the Top 10 at hot adult contemporary radio.

Up two places, Swift’s “New Romantics” rises to #10 on this week’s Mediabase Hot AC chart. It received ~3,286 spins during the official tracking week (+269).

It is the week’s lone addition to the Top 10.

Previous “1989” singles “Shake It Off,” “Blank Space,” “Style,” “Bad Blood,” and “Wildest Dreams” all reached #1 on the Hot AC chart. “Out Of The Woods,” the only one to miss the Top 10, peaked at #11.

“New Romantics” is concurrently #18 at pop radio. It is also charting at adult contemporary radio.
