Kelsea Ballerini [ABC]

The follow-up to Kelsea Ballerini’s chart-topping debut “Love Me Like You Mean It” is now a #1 hit in its own right.

“Dibs,” the second single from Ballerini’s “The First Time,” officially tops this week’s Mediabase country radio singles chart.

Up two places from last week’s position, “Dibs” seizes the throne from Granger Smith’s “Backroad Song.” Smith’s tune, which was his first career #1, is down to #2 this week.

In addition to posting the week’s greatest quantity of Mediabase chart points, “Dibs” ranks as the Mediabase country panel’s most-played song for the February 14-20 tracking week. It received approximately ~8,331 Mediabase-monitored spins this week (+841), which bests the ~8,020 earned by “Backroad Song” (-758).

Smith’s tune, however, reached a slightly larger weekly audience. It received ~59.212 million weekly Mediabase-monitored impressions, while “Dibs” amassed ~58.790 million.

Up one place, Carrie Underwood’s “Heartbeat” is #3 on this week’s chart. Randy Houser’s “We Went” and Keith Urban’s “Break On Me,” which are also up a single spot, respectively claim #4 and #5 this week.
