Rihanna’s “Work” Headed For Top 10 at Rhythmic & Urban Radio

Two weeks ago, Rihanna’s “Work (featuring Drake)” debuted at #24 on the Mediabase rhythmic radio airplay chart.

Last week, the song reached #15 on the listing.

This week, it is poised to enter the Top 10.

“Work” received 2,435 spins during the first five days of the February 7-13 tracking week. Up 46.2% from the count at this point last week, the tally positions “Work” at #10 on Mediabase’s building chart.

While it only maintains a slight lead over Yo Gotti’s building #11 “Down In The DM” (2,425, +3.3%), its considerably greater rate of acceleration suggests it will widen its lead over the week’s final two days.

It also has a chance of overtaking Travi$ Scott’s building #9 “Antidote.” Scott’s song presently has a 40 spin lead, but it is decelerating.

— “Work” is also on track to reach the Top 10 at urban radio. With 1,817 spins during the first five days of the tracking week, it is #10 on the building urban airplay chart.
