Now charting at four US radio formats, Lukas Graham’s international hit “7 Years” is also resonating from a sales standpoint. The track enjoyed a sizable gain in weekly sales.

According to Nielsen Music, “7 Years” sold 42,366 US copies during the January 29-February 4 tracking week. The count, which bests last week’s mark by a whopping 61%, brings the song’s US cumulative total to 127,3000.

It also facilitates a gain on the Hot 100. Powered by the additional sales and airplay, “7 Years” rises fourteen places to a new peak of #43 on the chart.

“7 Years” is in the Top 40 at hot adult contemporary, Triple A, alternative, and pop radio. While not officially listed on the iHeartRadio website, indications are that it is the “On The Verge” song at the Hot AC format.
