Adele’s “Hello” Remains Atop Pop Airplay Chart; Alessia Cara, Ellie Goulding Enter Top 5

Down slightly in spins, Adele’s “Hello” nonetheless remains the #1 song at pop radio.

The smash “25” single earns a fourth straight week at #1 on the Mediabase pop radio airplay chart. It received a format-leading ~18,893 plays during the December 6-12 tracking week (-197).

Justin Bieber’s “Sorry” repeats as #2. The song received ~17,821 plays during the official tracking week. The spin count bests last week’s mark by a format-leading 2,367.

“Sorry” is also the greatest gainer at rhythmic radio.

Selena Gomez’ “Same Old Love” rises one place to a new peak of #3. It commanded ~16,358 plays during the official tracking week (+1,584). Alessia Cara’s “Here” (#4, +3 | ~13,509, +721) and Ellie Goulding’s “On My Mind” (#5, +1 | ~13,465, +56). Both songs are new to the Top 5.
