Taylor Swift’s “Wildest Dreams” Certified 2X Platinum; “You’re Not Sorry” Platinum

Thus far in December, Taylor Swift’s singles have been certified for another 2 million total digital units.

Gold up until this week, her fifth “1989” single “Wildest Dreams” was certified up to 2X platinum on December 2, 2015.

The 2x platinum certification confirms a US unit total of at least 2 million. One unit is equal to 1 paid download or 100 streams.

December 2 also brought a new certification for her 2008 song “You’re Not Sorry.” The ballad, which appears on her Grammy-winning sophomore album “Fearless,” is now platinum (1 million).

In all, Swift’s singles hold 95.5 million in digital US unit certifications. She trails Rihanna (101 million) as the #2 digital artist in history.
