This week, Elle King’s “Ex’s And Oh’s” rises one place to the peak of the hot adult contemporary listing.

Spun ~7,091 times during the November 8-14 tracking week (+165), “Ex’s And Oh’s” seizes the throne from Taylor Swift’s “Wildest Dreams.” After three weeks on top, “Dreams” slips to #2 on the chart (~6,911 spins, -199).

Up four places, Adele’s “Hello” takes the #3 position on this week’s chart. Its weekly spin count of ~6,311 bests last week’s mark by a format-leading 1,339.

Meghan Trainor’s “Like I’m Gonna Lose You (featuring John Legend)” holds at #4 courtesy its ~6,132 weekly plays (+146), while Shawn Mendes’ “Stitches” rises one place to #5. The song, which is making its first appearance in the Top 5, received ~5,811 weekly spins (+425).
