The Weeknd’s “In The Night,” Charlie Puth’s “One Call Away” Added By NY’s Z100

The Weeknd’s just-announced new single and Charlie Puth’s recently released “Marvin Gaye” follow-up have been picked up by New York’s pop powerhouse Z100.

Per the weekly Mediabase add board, New York’s #1 Hit Music Station has formally added The Weeknd’s “In The Night” and Puth’s “One Call Away” to its playlist.

Both songs are quickly gaining momentum at the pop format. Puth’s “Call” was #51 on this past week’s Mediabase pop airplay chart, while “In The Night” is up to #65.

Alongside Daya’s “Hide Away,” and Fetty Wap’s “679,” The Weeknd’s tune also scored a pickup from Los Angeles’ 102.7 KIIS. A full pop radio adds report will be posted later Tuesday evening.
