Alessia Cara’s “Here” Enters Hot AC Radio’s Top 40; Charlie Puth, Coleman Hell Top 50

Coldplay’s “Adventure of a Lifetime,” which debuts at #28 on this week’s Mediabase hot adult contemporary airplay chart, is the highest-charting addition to the format’s Top 40.

It is not the only addition.

Alessia Cara’s multi-format breakthrough “Here” also claims a Top 40 Hot AC position.

Spun 489 times during the November 1-7 tracking week (+211), “Here” rises six places to #35 on this week’s chart.

The move comes as “Here” reaches the Top 5 at rhythmic radio and Top 10 at pop radio. It is also positioned at #18 on the urban airplay chart.

— While the Coldplay and Alessia Cara songs establish inaugural Top 40 positions, two songs earn their first Top 50 rankings this week.

Played 309 times during the official tracking week (+140), Charlie Puth’s “One Call Away” ranks as the Mediabase Hot AC panel’s #42 song. It held the #53 ranking last week.

Coleman Hell’s alternative crossover “2 Heads,” meanwhile, rises eleven places to #48. It received 228 tracking week spins (+77).
