Miranda Lambert Extends Streak, Wins CMA Award for Female Vocalist of the Year

Miranda Lambert entered the 2015 CMA Awards with five trophies for Female Vocalist of the Year.

She leaves with a sixth.

Lambert won the coveted prize at Wednesday’s annual CMA Awards ceremony. Not simply her sixth, the award is her sixth straight. She has won every Female Vocalist of the Year race dating back to 2010.

Lambert this year beat out Kacey Musgraves, Kelsea Ballerini, Carrie Underwood, and Lee Ann Womack.
