Earlier this month, X Ambassadors’ multi-format chart-topper “Renegades” earned a platinum certification based on exceeding 1 million in combined US sales and streaming units.
This past week, it crossed the 1 million mark from a pure sales standpoint.
According to Nielsen Music, “Renegades” sold 35,501 US copies during the October 23-29 tracking week. The tally, which ranks as the week’s 23rd-greatest, brings the song’s cumulative total to 1.010 million.
Currently inside the Top 10 at pop radio, the breakthrough hit has reached #1 at the alternative, Triple A, and hot adult contemporary formats.
