The pre-order period for Adele’s “25” commenced on Friday, October 23.

By the end of Sunday, October 25, it reportedly generated over 200,000 confirmed US pre-order purchases.

The number comes from Hits Daily Double, which had previously noted that over 100,000 of those sales came on day one.

Set to arrive on November 20, “25” is on track to perform as a sales behemoth.

So too is lead single “Hello.” While conflicting reports have emerged about the current sales number, all sources agree that it is on track to break the weekly digital single sales record.

Hits reports that “Hello” sold over 400,000 copies on day one and over 750,000 copies in its first three days. Billboard reported a 450,000 number for the first two days.
