Ratings: Showtime’s “Ray Donovan,” “Masters of Sex” Rise for Season 3 Finales

Sunday’s “Ray Donovan” and “Masters of Sex” season finales both enjoyed week-over-week gains in adults 18-49 and total viewership.

Airing at 9PM, the final episode of the third “Ray Donovan” season drew a 0.46 adults 18-49 rating with 1.502 million viewers.

While not a season high, the performance bested that of the previous broadcast, which drew a 0.43 with 1.454 million.

10PM drama “Masters of Sex,” which also ended its third season Sunday night, posted a 0.14 with 605,000 viewers.

The numbers were not the best of the season, but they did top the 0.13 rating and 548,000 viewership mark posted by the previous episode.

Showtime has renewed both dramas for season four.
