Two songs enter the Top 40 on this week’s edition of the Mediabase hot adult contemporary airplay chart.

Jess Glynne’s “Hold My Hand,” the first, earns the #37 slot. The song, which rises five places from last week’s position, received 435 plays during the September 6-12 tracking week (+72).

Justin Bieber’s “What Do You Mean?” also joins the club. Spun 386 times during the tracking week (+186), it rises twelve places to #38 on this week’s chart.

— “Hold My Hand” is concurrently charting in the Top 40 at pop radio. “What Do You Mean?” holds a Top 15 slot at pop, a Top 25 position at rhythmic and a Top 50 ranking at adult contemporary.
