Shawn Mendes’ “Stitches” Enjoys 22% Sales Gain; Goes Top 10 on Digital Songs

Enthusiasm over Shawn Mendes’ “Stitches” continues to grow.

During the August 21-27 tracking week, the enthusiasm manifested as a 22% increase in sales.

According to Nielsen Music, “Stitches” drove 64,232 paid US downloads during the aforementioned tracking week. The tally positions “Stitches” at #8 on the weekly Billboard/Nielsen Digital Songs chart.

It had never previously gone higher than #14 (last week’s position).

To date, “Stitches” has sold 633,110 copies in the United States.
