Phoebe Ryan’s “Mine” Set to Receive Pop Radio Push

Phoebe Ryan [Mine EP]

Phoebe Ryan’s “Mine” has already earned the support of Sirius XM Hits 1, which recently identified the promising singer-songwriter as its “Artist To Follow.”

In the near future, label Columbia Records will work to secure support from the remainder of the pop radio community.

Columbia’s radio promotions team announced that it will soon provide “Mine” with a formal pop campaign.

While the announcement does not confirm an impact date, its very existence reflects the label’s faith in the song.

That optimism is justified.

Indicative of a positive response to the “Artist to Follow” exposure, Columbia touts that the song enjoyed a 104% week-over-week sales gain during the August 21-27 tracking week.

“Mine” has also found a respectable audience on YouTube. Since launching earlier this year, the audio stream and music video have amassed 235,000 and 644,000 views, respectively. The video has also been featured on the MTV Hits channel as a “Hit of the Week.”

In addition to “Mine,” Ryan has gained recognition for her mash-up of R. Kelly’s “Ignition” and Miguel’s “Do You…”
