Rami Malek, Liz Gillies Scheduled to Appear on “Jimmy Kimmel Live”

The season finale of USA Network’s critically acclaimed “Mr. Robot” airs on September 2.

One night earlier, star Rami Malek will appear on ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live.”

ABC confirms Malek as the 9/1 episode’s second interview guest. Actress Salma Hayek is slated as the first interviewee, while alternative act Atlas Genius will close the show with a performance.

“Mr. Robot” will not be the only cable television series with a representative at “Kimmel.”

ABC adds that Liz Gillies, who stars on ABC’s “Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll,” will appear on the September 3 edition of “Kimmel.” Andrew Garfield and musical guest Faith No More are also appearing that night.

Gillies was previously scheduled for the August 27 “Kimmel,” but the appearance did not end up taking place.
