Ratings: ABC’s “The Whispers” Rises From Low; Finale Airs Next Week

While Monday’s “The Whispers” did not return to the series’ initial performance level — let alone a level that could be considered strong — it did best the previous week’s episode.

Per fast national data, the latest “The Whispers” drew a 0.6 adults 18-49 rating with 2.74 million total viewers. Both numbers top those of last week’s broadcast, which drew a series low 0.5 with 2.51 million total audience members.

Entitled “Traveller in the Dark,” this week’s episode was the penultimate first season installment. The finale airs next week.

ABC has not officially cancelled the show, but the recent ratings performances make a renewal very unlikely.
