OMI Claims #1 at Rhythmic Radio; Skrillex, Diplo & Justin Bieber Reach Top 10

Formerly the #1 song at pop radio, OMI’s “Cheerleader” is the current #1 at rhythmic.

Despite suffering a week-over-week airplay loss, it leapfrogs The Weeknd’s “Can’t Feel My Face” to reach the top of the Mediabase rhythmic airplay chart.

“Cheerleader” received ~6,071 plays during the August 16-22 tracking week (-176). After spending five weeks on top, “Face” slips to #2 courtesy its ~5,904 weekly plays (-553).

Fetty Wap’s “My Way (featuring Monty)” (#3, +2 | ~5,304, +418), Major Lazer’s “Lean On (featuring DJ Snake & MØ)” (#4, = | ~5,284, +195) and Silento’s “Watch Me” (#5, -2 | ~5,159, -486) complete the Top 5.

While this week’s Top 5 is without a new arrival, the top 10 does play host to a newcomer.

Skrillex & Diplo’s “Where Are U Now (with Justin Bieber),” that song, rises two places to #9. It received ~2,982 plays during the August 16-22 tracking week (+45).
