Rita Ora & Chris Brown’s “Body on Me” Scores iHeartRadio “On the Verge” Boost

Fan support and solid reviews are definitely on the side of Rita Ora’s new “Body on Me (featuring Chris Brown).”

But as it pursues success at radio, it will also have help from another source: the iHeartRadio “On the Verge” program.

iHeartRadio confirmed that Ora’s single is the new “On the Verge” selection at rhythmic radio. Under the terms of the program, “Body on Me” will receive branding support across the iHeart digital channels and guaranteed airplay from the iHeartMedia network of rhythmic radio stations.

Confirmation of the support comes as “Body On Me” becomes one of the Mediabase rhythmic panel’s 50-most-played songs.

“Body on Me” is the first rhythmic “On the Verge” selection since Pia Mia’s “Do It Again (featuring Chris Brown & Tyga)” received support from the program in May and June. Notably, both the Rita Ora and Pia Mia tracks feature vocals from Chris Brown.

Brown also appeared on Sevyn Streeter’s March-April 2015 urban “On the Verge” selection “Don’t Kill the Fun.”
