One Direction Scheduled to Perform on “Good Morning America”

Luke Bryan’s August 7 performance will not be next week’s only “Good Morning America Summer Concert Series” event.

ABC confirms that One Direction, which recently launched its new single “Drag Me Down,” will also take the “Summer Concert Series” stage next week.

Now a quartet, the group is scheduled to perform on the August 4 edition of “GMA.”

Anticipating the high demand — and desiring to make the performance feel like a major event — ABC has established a ticketing system for the One Direction concert. Directioners will be able to acquire tickets from the official GMA website at noon.

“Drag Me Down,” which seems to possess sonic inspiration from The Police and Maroon 5, is currently #1 on iTunes.
