Ratings: MTV’s “Scream” Falls Again; Sets New Viewership Low

The good news: MTV has officially renewed “Scream” for a second season.

The bad news: The show once again suffered week-over-week declines in adults 18-49, adults 18-34 and total viewership.

Tuesday’s episode, which was the fifth of the inaugural season, drew a 0.29 adults 18-49 rating, a 0.42 adults 18-34 rating and 751,000 total viewers. All three numbers represented new series lows.

Last week’s installment scored a 0.33 adults 18-49 rating, a 0.47 adults 18-34 rating and a viewership average of 802,000.
