Ratings: FX’s “The Strain” Falls to Another Series Low

Week-over-week declines in adults 18-49 and total viewership resulted in a series low performance for FX’s “The Strain.”

Sunday’s episode, which was the third of the current second season, posted a 0.64 adults 18-49 rating with 1.469 million.

Both numbers trail those of the previous episode, which managed a 0.74 with 1.625 million viewers. They also represent series lows for the FX drama.

At the time of airing, each of the three second season episodes has ranked as the show’s least-watched on record.

No first season episode drew fewer than 1.866 million viewers. No second season episode has posted a total in excess of 1.664 million.
