Hot 100: Demi Lovato’s “Summer,” Meek Mill’s “Eyes” Reach Top 30

Fetty Wap’s “679 (featuring Remy Boyz),” which rises fifteen places to #19, is not the only song to infiltrate the Top 30 on this week’s Billboard Hot 100.

The latest Demi Lovato and Meek Mill singles also reach that portion of the all-encompassing chart.

Up eight places, Lovato’s “Cool for the Summer” grabs #28 on this week’s listing.

Despite rising on the overall Hot 100, “Cool for the Summer” slips to #15 on the Digital Songs subchart and #40 on Radio Songs subchart. Unintuitive based on those subchart declines, the Hot 100 gain was likely facilitated by the unusual methodology Billboard used for this week’s chart.

This week’s Hot 100 draws sales data from the eleven-day period between June 29 and July 9. Streaming is based on the seven-day July 3-9 window, while Radio is the product of airplay between July 6 and 12.

— Also new to the Top 30 is Meek Mill’s “All Eyes on You (featuring Chris Brown & Nicki Minaj).” Up three places, the song grabs #29 on this week’s chart.

It concurrently rises to #21 on Streaming Songs (+4) but slips to #21 on Digital Songs (-4).
