Carli Lloyd to Appear on CBS’ “Late Late Show with James Corden”

Late Late Show (CBS)

Fresh off Sunday’s World Cup championship victory, US National Women’s Soccer Team standout Carli Lloyd has been booked for an episode of “The Late Late Show with James Corden.”

According to CBS, Lloyd will appear on the July 13 edition of the show. The news follows the network’s previous announcement that Chris Tucker and Judy Greer would appear on that night’s episode.

Lloyd played an integral role in the US team’s successful, gold medal-winning campaign. That integral role included scoring a hat trick in the final against Japan.

She received the Golden Ball Trophy for her role in the final and the Silver Boot for her contribution throughout the tournament.
