Hot 100: Sam Hunt, Tim McGraw, Thomas Rhett, Easton Corbin Reach Top 60

Four songs ascend into the Top 60 of this week’s Billboard Hot 100.

All four songs are of the country variety.

Leading the charge is Sam Hunt’s red-hot “House Party.” The rapidly rising new single from Hunt’s “Montevallo” soars thirteen places to a new peak of #52 on the chart.

The gain comes as Hunt’s previous country–and current mainstream–single “Take Your Time” begins working its way back up the chart. “Time,” which reached #1 at country radio and went as high as #20 on the Hot 100, rises to #32 this week.

As far as the Top 60 goes, the second-highest-charting newcomer is Tim McGraw’s “Diamond Rings and Old Barstools (with Catherine Dunn).” The song, which maintains its #29 peak on the Radio Songs subchart, rises eight places to #56 on the overall Hot 100.

Thanks to “Crash and Burn,” country hitmaker Thomas Rhett joins Hunt and McGraw in the Top 60. The single rises four places to a new peak of #57.

Like “Diamond Rings,” Easton Corbin’s “Baby Be My Love Song” is a Top 5 hit at country radio. Like “Diamond Rings,” Easton Corbin’s “Baby Be My Love Song” is now a Top 60 entry on the Billboard Hot 100. While it slips to #30 on the Radio Songs subchart, it rises four places to #58 on the Hot 100.
