Rob Thomas’ “Trust You” Repeats as Hot AC’s Most Added; Imagine Dragons’ “Shots” Follows

For the second straight week, Rob Thomas’ “Trust You” earns the most added distinction at hot adult contemporary radio.

According to Mediabase, “Trust You” won support from 20 monitored Hot AC stations this week. That add count allows Thomas’ single to retain its place atop the weekly Hot AC add board.

The latest wave of support will also allow “Trust You” to continue climbing the airplay chart. The song, which claimed #31 on this weekend’s official Mediabase Hot AC airplay chart, was already up to #30 on Monday’s rolling edition.

Picked up by 14 Hot AC stations, Imagine Dragons’ “Shots” claims second-most added this week. Cut from the band’s “Smoke + Mirrors,” “Shots” is currently positioned within the Top 60 at Hot AC. It peaked inside the Top 15 at alternative.

Kelly Clarkson’s “Invincible” and OMI’s “Cheerleader” tie for third-most added. Both songs received 11 monitored Hot AC adds this week.

Picked up by 10 new stations, Wiz Khalifa’s “See You Again (featuring Charlie Puth)” ranks as fifth-most added.

Other notable Hot AC options: Hozier’s “Someone New” (9 adds, 6th-most added), Nick Fradiani’s “Beautiful Life” (8 adds, 7th-most added), Fifth Harmony’s “Worth It (featuring Kid Ink)” (7 adds, 8th-most added, tie), American Authors’ “Go Big or Go Home” (7 adds, 8th-most added, tie), Hilary Duff’s ‘Sparks” (7 adds, 8th-most added, tie).
