Luke Bryan Reveals Cover, Release Date for New Album “Kill the Lights”

Luke Bryan | UMG Nashville

Tuesday did not simply bring the release of Luke Bryan’s new single “Kick the Dust Up.” It also brought an announcement concerning his new album “Kill the Lights.”

Certain to be a blockbuster, “Kill the Lights” arrives on August 7, 2015. That release date comes almost exactly two years after the August 13, 2013 launch of the smash hit predecessor “Crash My Party.”

“We love the crowd reaction to [Kick The Dust Up], and I cannot wait to be able to share more new music this summer,” says the country superstar. “It’s been two years since we’ve had a new album and I don’t think I’ve been this eager yet to get it out to the fans.”

Bryan will promote the album with a performance on the August 7 edition of “Good Morning America.”
