CBS’ veteran drama “CSI” will conclude with a two-hour finale on September 27.
That farewell episode, which will interestingly serve to commence CBS’ fall 2015-16 season, will reunite original cast members William Petersen and Marg Helgenberger.
Additional details, including the identities of other former cast members potentially slated to return, are forthcoming.
News of the “CSI” finale comes in conjunction with confirmation that CBS has renewed “CSI: Cyber.” The last remaining “CSI” series, “Cyber” will assume the Sunday at 10PM slot this fall.
