Promotional first day airplay thrust Rihanna’s new “Bitch Better Have My Money” into the Top 50 of Mediabase’s rolling pop radio chart.

The song, which commanded 796 first day pop spins, claims the #45 position on Friday’s edition of the rolling chart. The chart measures airplay for the entire week between March 20 and 26.

Since a sizable chunk of its airplay came in high-profile markets, “Bitch” ranks even more impressively from an audience standpoint. Its first day impression count of 8.61 million was the pop format’s 35th-largest for the entire March 20-26 period.

Cut from Rihanna’s forthcoming studio album, the song is the follow-up to “FourFiveSeconds.”
