Mumford & Sons’ “Believe” Debuts at #31 on the Hot 100

Thanks to a strong release week performance, Mumford & Sons’ new single “Believe” is already the band’s third-highest charting hit on the Billboard Hot 100.

“Believe,” the lead cut from new album “Wilder Mind,” flies into the #31 position on this week’s chart. The week’s “Hot Shot Debut,” it has now officially out-peaked all but two Mumford hits.

“I Will Wait” and “The Cave,” those hits, went as high as #12 and #27, respectively.

It is the week’s only new Top 40 member that did not also reach the Top 10.

In conjunction with its #31 debut on the Hot 100, “Believe” arrives at #9 on the Digital Songs subchart.
